Making networking smarter
In a professional context, networking is one of the main drivers of opportunity. Yet its key moment, the exchange of contact details, is often inefficient and unstructured. It happens in a matter of seconds, but the real value of that connection is created afterwards.
The scenario is familiar: business cards that get lost, manual follow-ups, promising conversations that never turn into concrete opportunities.
The need that emerged
A platform based on NFC technology
TAC was created to digitize the business card through NFC technology and QR codes, allowing every professional to share their profile smoothly, with links, documents and relevant information.
The initial idea opened the way to a deeper market insight. At events, companies and professionals first and foremost need to:
- qualify opportunities in real time;
- structure interactions within an operational logic;
- reduce the time between first contact and sales activation.


The Solution
From digitization to contact activation: a new business asset
From there, a more ambitious scenario opened up: building a platform capable of orchestrating the before, during and after of the event, moving from an operational tool to a lever for increasing conversion, commercial continuity and relationship quality.
We developed an operational layer that makes it possible to:
- customize the digital identity of companies, employees and teams;
- facilitate the in-person meeting, with interaction and chat tools;
- organize the contacts collected during the event in a structured way, when the value of the relationship is highest;
- activate follow-up flows and qualification;
- integrate data into existing CRM systems or use TAC itself as a CRM;
- use AI features for summaries, suggestions, automations and data enrichment.
Toward broader
market positioning
TAC therefore moves from the “digital business card” category into a higher-value space: an enabler of scalable, data-driven professional relationships, customizable to individual needs thanks to the modularity of its offering.
What began as a product for professionals and companies is evolving into the go-to platform for all organizers of B2B events in Europe who want to optimize the participant experience, turning every interaction into an opportunity for business development.
