Senior Backend Developer – NodeJS

We are looking for a Senior Back-end Developer Node to join the Team and help create new digital experiences. An enthusiastic person, passionate about technology, who loves to be constantly updated on industry trends and who never tires of discovering, learning and transmitting his knowledge.

As a Senior Backend Developer:

You will develop highly engineered APIs and be part of a highly skilled team.

The infrastructures you build will have to handle a high volume of requests and you will be continually challenged by the large amount of data to be managed.

You will be required to coordinate with other departments to enable the smooth running of projects and will have processes, searchable code bases and an international team to support you.

You will be challenged to use solutions that offer high performance and safety, always taking into account project requirements.

Hard skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Node.js;
  • Excellent knowledge of major SQL and NoSQL databases;
  • Experience with the Express.js and/or Koa.js framework;
  • Experience in developing REST APIs;
  • Experience in the development of systems with asynchronous communication;
  • Experience in the development of architectures in microservices;
  • Good professional knowledge of written and spoken English;
  • Italian native speaker.
Nice to have
  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Masters or equivalent;
  • Experience with Typescript and the Nest.js framework;
  • Experience in development in other languages, with openness to skills not yet explored (e.g. Node Js);
  • Knowledge and use of AWS services;
  • Knowledge and use of tools for the development of CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Github Actions);
  • Daily use of Docker;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

Our selection process may vary depending on the role.
