Collaboration began with large companies on the international scene, which found incredible affinities with our corporate and product culture.
From here, we started a transatlantic expansion destined to grow exponentially, consolidating our presence in the United States.
We started a project in collaboration with Seeweb, one of the most important Italian cloud providers, with the dream of eliminating economic barriers and promoting digital inclusion.
This is how the first web development academy was born, a completely free Coding course, to train and recruit the best talents in the area and counter brain drain: Eureka!
In a historical moment in which the Covid-19 pandemic was spreading and hundreds of companies were having to face new ways of working, we—accustomed to working with a goal-oriented mindset—gave support to some BIGs to adapt their processes to new technologies.
By the end of the year, both our revenue and team size had TRIPLED.
We see an incredible increase in our Humans, also the result of the expansion of our operational offices, where we can welcome young and promising talents.

We took part in a hackathon organized by PiCampus in Rome, to compare ourselves with startups driven by the same hunger for success..
We didn’t win the challenge, but we did win a more valuable prize: the opportunity to discuss our projects with Marco Trombetti, the founder of Translated, who perfectly embraces our culture. This is how our collaboration began, which became a great partnership a few years later.
It all started on March 19, 2015 with five guys in a garage used as an office. It all started with small projects but guided from the very beginning by very ambitious dreams: ideas that have would challenged the local to become global.
Symbolically, that March 19, Father’s Day, expresses the strong sense of responsibility we have towards all our Humans.
