A Humans-centered event

The gala ceremony of the Employer Branding Awards, a contest that rewards companies where people are the real protagonists, took place on January 31st at H-Farm, an ecosystem that perfectly embodies the concept of innovation and the central role of the human being in technological evolution.

This experience was an extraordinary opportunity to engage with industry experts and strengthen our commitment to the growth of new generations of tech professionals. Being finalists in the “Getting to Know, Attracting, and Retaining Young Talent” category is the result of a concrete commitment to revolutionize traditional recruitment processes, transforming them into real experiences of growth and development for young talents of our territory.

Following the thought of Nobel Prize for Economics James Heckman, we know that being a true Human requires more than just hard skills. What truly makes the difference are the character skills, such as courage, wisdom, and resilience. These are the qualities we strive to identify and nurture in our Humans.

The 2025 trends of Employer Branding

We were the protagonists of the event, presenting our Eureka! and bringing to the attention of the 200 experts, with whom we shared round tables and round speeches, the value that human capital has for us. We also had the opportunity to listen to valuable contributions shared by experts from the world of employer branding on the hottest topics of 2025:

Sustainability: a key criterion when choosing a workplace.
More and more candidates, especially younger ones, want to work for companies that demonstrate a real commitment to the environment and social responsibility.
For this reason, companies must integrate sustainability into their values and communicate it effectively through employer branding channels.



How do we do it at Humans.tech?

With Eureka!, our web development academy, we have been committed for 4 years to training the new generation of developers, while contributing to the growth of the tech sector and the development of the Lazio region.

Being among the finalists of the EBA 2025 was a recognition of our work, which just represents a starting point. For us, putting our humans at the center means knowing and recognizing the competitive and strategic advantage of our talents.
