But let’s take a step back. We call ourselves “Humans”, not “employees”, because the word “employees” just doesn’t belong to us. Work is not a matter of dependence, but of collaboration and awareness.
We strongly believe that before being “dependent on” we are PEOPLE, people who live in the world. To make a mark in this world, whether in the private or working sphere, you must be willing to:

That is why when two Humans meet, 1 + 1 really makes 3: when there is synergy, the result is greater than the sum of the individual ones. The “surplus” is the result of collaboration, of the sharing of peculiarities, so different and complementary to each other.

The value of small steps
Sometimes we get on the hamster wheel and over time the inertia of the race becomes so strong that it is impossible to stop. So we start running, not understanding where we’re going.
Sometimes all you need to do is stop for a moment and look at the road ahead. Here, every month we take a moment of this type, which we call “Share and Grow”: an internal event of sharing and growth (as the name suggests) in which we share ideas, successes and even difficulties.
We want every Human to be grateful and aware. And mental health is definitely a pivot not to be overlooked, to achieve that “magic formula” we talked about.
These are not pretty words, let alone following a trend. No chase for visibility: World Mental Health Day is important, but for us October 10 is every day. One of the tools we offer is support for psychological well-being, working with Unobravo, a leading online psychology service in Italy. From these paths (in full respect of anonymity), it is possible to better understand which areas of difficulty should be transformed into areas of intervention.
And here we enter the field through further strategies, initiatives and targeted tools. We transform “non-performance metrics” into better “career paths” , with the aim of making our Humans Habitat an even healthier and more revolutionary environment. That sounds simple, doesn’t it?
Little things make big things happen
A serene mind is a creative mind, capable of generating value not only for itself, but for the entire company.
Let’s be clear: if a person feels supported, they not only develop new skills, but also become more involved, motivated and productive.
Psychological well-being, within a broader and more complex framework such as the one we have described, is not only an investment in the individual, but in the entire organisation. The “return on investment” (which we call “ROI of psychological well-being”) is measurable: less absenteeism, less turnover, more productivity and business performance.
In two words: multiplying synergy. Not to do “more”, but to do better, together.
